Oxford Emerging Leaders Programme

The ELP is a project based healthcare leadership course based at Oxford University Hospitals.

Participants work on team leadership projects, supported by monthly skills workshops, inspiring guest speakers and a supportive community of alumni.

The ELP provides a strong general foundation in leadership, project management, conflict management and influence for early to mid-career healthcare professionals
